2022: Collaboration with UK Customers to Tackle the Pandemic Challenge
In 2022, the COVID-19 epidemic is raging around the world, and shipping fees and container rental fees have increased significantly, which has brought huge challenges to our automotive exterior parts export business.
Against this background, our UK customer asked us to develop a segmented BMW rear lip. Because segmented products can break traditional products into multiple small parts, which can reduce the volume and weight of transportation, thereby reducing freight costs.
After receiving the samples from the UK, we immediately started development. Through full video conferencing from design to manufacturing to shipment, we work closely with our customers to continuously communicate project progress. In only one and a half months, we successfully completed the entire production process, ensuring that customers can obtain products and sell them as quickly as possible.
The success of this cooperation proves our ability to actively innovate and constantly find new solutions when facing challenges. We will also continue to work hard to provide customers with higher quality products and services.
